Wee Care Toddlers, part of our innovative East Belfast group of nurseries, is located just two doors up from Wee Care Infants at 119 North Road. Wee Care Toddlers caters for children from two to three years old. All aspects of the nursery are dedicated to providing tailored care and education with facilities aimed at your child’s specific age group. Our children are supported in their development by our dedicated, well qualified staff in a loving and nurturing environment.

Different learning areas are set out throughout the six playrooms. These areas include an Early Maths and Science Area, Small World Area, Construction Area, Home Corner, Role Play Area, Sensory Area, Musical Instrument area, Creative/Cognitive Area and a Cosy Corner providing children with an opportunity to relax with a story. Two outdoor areas also cater for the children’s development in all weather conditions.

All aspects of the nursery are focused on two to three year olds. We aim to encourage independence throughout the day in all activities. We encourage the children to self-serve at lunch time, to put on their own shoes and coats and to recognise their own toothbrushes for teeth cleaning time. However, above all, we want to ensure the children have a fun-filled and exciting day!

We hope that children move to Wee Care Juniors at Kings Road with a good basis to allow them to enjoy their time as pre-school and after school children.
